Our Yoga Trainer, “Ms Kusum,” is a trained Yoga Instructor and is Certified by the Yoga Certification Board Ministry of AYUSH Govt. of India is one of the best yoga instructors in Kolkata. She is the Founder of YOGAAMRIT. She has 5 years of experience in Yoga training and 3 years in the corporate industry. She is a PGDM-HR from the prestigious IIM Tiruchirappalli. After spending 3 years in a corporate job, she decided to follow her passion and build her career in Yoga because she believes in the inclusive growth of India’s people. According to her, Yoga has provided a way to help her contribute to society by spreading wellness and positivity.

Her goal is the “WELLNESS OF PEOPLE.” She is empathetic and humble towards her clients and has helped them reduce their weight, sugar level, high blood pressure, fatty liver, thyroid, knee pain, back pain, sciatica pain, etc., and has helped her clients to manage PCOD and PCOS. She has successfully helped her clients reduce weight and obtain a toned body. She is well-versed in Online/Offline, Personal/Group, and Corporate Yoga.
